Gluten Free Dairy Free Red Meat Free Roasted Salmon and Anchovies!

Enjoy this lovely roasted salmon and anchovy meal with minimum amount of cooking expertise required. This really does not require much effort and you can still get an amazing taste. Simply prepare the ingredients and place them in a banking tray.
Ingredients:
– 4 Salmon Fillets
– 200g Green Beans
– Olives
– 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
– Lemon Juice
– Basel (Fresh or dry)
– 1-2 tins of anchovies
– A pinch of salt and black pepper
Equipment:
– Hob
– Pan
– Oven
– Baking Tray

Preparing – 5-7 mins
Cooking – 25 mins
Note: These current instructions are using frozen salmon and frozen green beans. I will update the same recipe shortly with the correct timings for fresh salmon and green beans. The instructions are the same, the timings are very different.
Instructions
Pre-requisites:
– Pre-heat oven to 180 C
1) Boil water, then turn off the hob. Soak the green beans for around 3-4 min in the water
2) Place salmon fillets to one side in a baking try. Cover in lemon juice.
3) Drain green beans and place them on the other side of the baking tray. Mix anchovies, olive oil and herbs with the green beans
4) Place in the center of a pre-heated oven (180C) – Cooking for 25 mins
Note: Cooking time needs to be adjusted depending on the frozen salmon and its cooking instructions
