A delightful honey-glazed salmon recipe that’s both delicious and simple to prepare, suitable for a quick, healthy meal.


Equipment:

  • Air Fryer or Oven
  • Bowl
Ingredients:
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp coconut amino (or soy sauce if you prefer)
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil (olive oil works)
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp coconut amino (or soy sauce if you prefer)
  • 3 tsp sesame oil (olive oil works)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds


Total time Estimate: 30 mins

Prep Time – 5 mins

Marinating Time 10 mins

Cooking Time:
– If using an Air fryer: 15 mins


Instructions

Marinade

  1. Place salmon fillets into a shallow dish
  2. Whisk coconut aminos, oil, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl
  3. Pour dressing over the salmon fillets and gently rub all over the fish
  4. Place in fridge and allow to marinade for 10 mins

Cooking

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 205 degrees C
  2. Remove fillets from the fridge and place carefully in the air fryer basket, skin side down
  3. Cook for 8 minutes
  4. After 8 mins, brush honey onto the salmon fillets and sprinkle with sesame seeds (and optionally chilli flakes)
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes at 205 degrees C
