Equipment:

  • Large Bowl (for the salad)
  • Chopping board
  • Chopping Knife
  • Table Spoon Measure
Ingredients:
  1. 200 grams of Greek feta (make sure it's proper Greek, not fake Greek made from cows milk)
  2. 1/2 an iceberg lettuce
  3. 1/2 a cucumber
  4. 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  5. 2-3 sprigs of mint leaves
  6. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  7. 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  3. 1 whole cucumber
  4. 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
  5. 4-6 sprigs of mint leaves
  6. 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  7. 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, feta and mint leaves
  2. Wash chopped salad
  3. Place ingredients in the salad bowl
  4. Measure out lemon juice and olive oil, and mix thoroughly into salad
