Ingredients:
- 200 grams of Greek feta (make sure it's proper Greek, not fake Greek made from cows milk)
- 1/2 an iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 a cucumber
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
- 2-3 sprigs of mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 whole iceberg lettuce
- 1 whole cucumber
- 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
- 4-6 sprigs of mint leaves
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
- Finely chop lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, feta and mint leaves
- Wash chopped salad
- Place ingredients in the salad bowl
- Measure out lemon juice and olive oil, and mix thoroughly into salad
